AI: Your Secret Weapon for Superhuman Productivity

I had the Underoos and all, so we're talking about Wonder Woman productivity here. Now, we're not actually going to be bending space and time literally, but with AI, you can absolutely create results that feel like you're generating extra hours and who doesn't need a little more time, especially when you're building a coaching business or other type of online business and juggling all of those responsibilities you [00:01:00] have in your regular life.
Now, if you're listening to this, you're probably someone who loves big projects and bold goals, right? You dream of launching freebies and webinars and programs or like social media campaigns. But you've got this never ending list of tasks and projects, right? And of course, you're not alone in this. And I want to be completely transparent and clear here up front.
I have a crap ton of extensive knowledge of AI tools, use cases, and applications. But unfortunately, AI isn't a magic wand. It's not going to completely solve all your productivity struggles. In fact, without a plan, like if you don't get your mind and your habits and your systems working, AI could add more overwhelm, more tools, more confusion, more stress.
but when you use it mindfully, follow a simple system and pair it with clear strategy, something amazing happens. You become the kind of person who accomplishes [00:02:00] the work of an entire team. Without hiring a single person, so it's absolutely something you should commit to using.

But let's talk about the real problem . When you're running a business there's always more to do exciting projects like creating courses, improving sales pages, launching marketing campaigns. All of this piles up faster than you can tackle it. And here's the thing. These really aren't bad problems. They're signs that you're building something really awesome.
But this can also be super overwhelming. And now you're not just dealing with the projects themselves, you're probably also starting to consider the sea of AI tools, some of [00:03:00] which are promising the moon, but leave you feeling stuck or super disappointed. And you might be thinking, I don't even know where to start, or what if I waste time or money on the wrong tools?
That's exactly where I was. Even though I'm good with tech, it still seemed a little complicated and I was afraid I'd waste money on the wrong tools or tools I didn't need. Fortunately now, after spending the last eight full months, which in AI terms is like 87 years, testing strategies, testing tools, and working with entrepreneurs just like you, as well as several really well known mega successful entrepreneurs, I know what works.
And more importantly, I know how to keep it simple. In fact, I think that's critical and like the best thing you can do
to create a situation where you actually want to keep using these tools and you start building momentum. So today I'm sharing three simple ways to start using AI to make your work faster, easier, and [00:04:00] way less stressful. Okay, so the first one is to help you solve tech issues faster.
I'm sure we've all had the experience where a tech problem has derailed an entire day or several days. That's why I created a simple AI prompt. That's going to act as your personal tech support assistant. So whether you're fixing a glitch on your website or troubleshooting a problem with your email This tool is going to save you hours of frustration.
So what I did for you is I created a prompt and I created a short video to show you exactly where to put that prompt how to use that prompt to get tech help with any tool you're using I give you a few other tips in that video, so in the show notes, you'll see a link that will give you a Google doc that you can use to copy the prompt and a short video to show you exactly how to use it.
It's designed to work with any tech you might be using in your business. I'll show you exactly how to personalize it for your business and for the tool you're [00:05:00] using in that short video.
Remember how the fix for all tech used to be turn the thing off and turn it back on? This is now the equivalent. Now AI is the new turn it off, turn it on trick.

Okay, the second use case I want to mention is not like earth shattering, but can save you so much time and create such valuable output, and that is writing emails.

So they have more time to focus on their clientsand they spend less time stuck in the weeds and the frustration of how long things normally take.
